I just wanted to record how pleased I was with the service I received when the screen on my Dell Axim x51 needed to be replaced. From placing the order to receipt of fully restored machine in just over a week and that was during the big freeze when most of the country was at a standstill.

Replaced the touch screen of my iPAQ. Now like new. Excellent service and quick turnaround. Had my iPAQ in tiptop condition in about 3 days from being sent. Will be getting a new battery soon so I know who to go to.

Could not have found a better service provider, from initial contact through to final solution. I cried like a baby when I cracked the screen on my iPAQ, especially as is out of warranty. Thank goodness I ran into someone who had benefited from the iPAQ Repair service. Now I guess you could say thanks to the genius of Dave, my unit is back in the land of the living...

Just wanted to congratulate you on your tremendous service. After abusing my iPAQ several parts need to be replaced. From creating an account to receiving the replacement parts took about a day and a half and I was properly informed on the progress of my order throughout - Fantastic! Keep up the good work.
