IPAQ repair is a rare and genuinely excellent seller, the service is fast and Nathan clearly personally cares about his customers and it shows, with plenty of communication so you know what’s going on. This is my second purchase and the third is imminent. Forget the big boys service levels don’t get better than this. I have already recommended him to work colleagues who own IPAQS. long may he trade and prosper.

Quality of advice, service and efficiency were way beyond my expectations. Initial order for accessories was received in North of Scotland in 24 hrs. Subsequent LCD failure required the 3870 to be dispatched to iPAQ Repairs. Turn around time again far exceeded my expectations as did prompt reply to email. I Would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone.

How refreshing to find a web-based IT Support company who recognise the value of customer support and communication. AND still manage to offer excellent value for money. :-) After inadvertently interfacing my PSP screen with the floor (!), I sent it off for repair. The repair was quickly turned round, but the new screen had a really odd fault that, while not catastrophic, was a bit distracting. After a couple of e-conversations with Nathan and Jamie (who were both very helpful), the unit was sent back, repaired and back with me good as new within the week. No qualms, no questions, no extra cost. So thanks once again, from a VERY satisfied customer, and one who will have no hesitation in recommending your services to my friends.

I dropped my iPAQ 5550 and though there was no physical sign of damage, it stopped syncing with my desktop computer. I searched the web and found iPAQ Repair. After reading the customer reviews I decided to give it a go, I sent my iPAQ off for a free diagnostic check. Nathan emailed indicating a new sync connector board was needed costing just over £60.00 I eventually had this replaced and returned everything is working fine now. Thanks.

I managed to completely freeze my HP 914c Business Messenger, so it would not even turn on, during a download from the HP website: iPAQ repairs have restored my iPAQ to full working condition, in fact it's working better than ever before!

I was a little worried about sending such an expensive item (itouch) in the post to be repaired. That fact that i had to pay upfront was a worry. But I did post it according to the companies recommendations, and contacted iPAQ about a day later. The communication back to me regarding the repair was fantastic, and the last email on Friday evening told me that the itouch would probably be posted on Monday. So what a great surprise on Saturday morning when we received the itouch back. Thank You

It was such a fast turn around. I had missed my iPAQ while it was away, but now I have my iPAQ back fixed. A paper diary is no replacement once you are used to a iPAQ. It means at those quiet times when I'm not creating word/excel documents I can play a sly bubble breaker/solitaire.

The fixed price I was quoted by Compaq / HP to repair a small problem on my iPAQ was not economic. It was only when I discovered iPAQ Repairs, with pricing that reflected the work that was necessary, was it worth having the damaged repaired.

A high quality service and a great ability to face common inconveniences. My order was quickly and efficiently processed. Unfortunately the shipping got lost (third-partys fault). Then iPAQ Repair & Parts resent my order promptly and I received it after a few days. A wise recommendation!

Nathan has twice provided a superb service with my iPAQ, replacing both the main board and the switch board on separate occasions. In each case the turnaround was exceptionally quick and restored 'my right arm' to me almost before I noticed it was missing, lol. Thanks again for your outstanding service, I wish you well in the future though I hope that I shall not have to avail myself of your services again too soon.
