To be perfectly honest I cannot fault the service as we had originally been quoted a huge amount to send the unit off to Compaq themselves. Although this would cover virtually any problem we were pretty confident that it was only a battery problem (which you yourselves confirmed) but there was no flexibility to send off for a quotation. I sent the unit off to you, you diagnosed the problem with speed, I paid a reasonable amount for the solution and received my unit back in a very reasonable amount of time. My e-mailed queries also received speedy and friendly response and I felt I was dealing with a person rather than with a call centre. No hesitation whatsoever in saying I would use you and also recommend you.

An excellent site - easy to navigate and great to see very clear pictures and instructions to help us install the parts. Delivery of my stylus latch part was within a few days by registered post and there were no problems. Well done.

Excellent service sent in my iPAQ with a broken digitizer and Nathan fixed it. When I got it back a small part of the digizter was playing up so I contacted Nathan again who replaced it again at no charge and chucked in a couple of extras for the trouble. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing their iPAQ fixed.

Congratulations on a speedy repair - sent Monday pm, returned Friday 12 noon. That is what I call service and this also includes an order / repair status report. Why can't other companies give the same customer service?

After Nathan's prompt reply to my enquiry about a replacement screen for my 5550, I had no reservations about sending my IPAQ to him for repair. It is now safely home as good as new. Well done on a great job.

An excellent service right from the start. I was expecting my XDA to be wiped of any remaining user info but was pleased to find it returned with a new touch screen as requested, but without the unit having been reset. Quick turn round too with it arriving exactly one week after I'd sent it, with regular emails updating me on the order's progress. My XDA was destined for the bin after the touch screen failed, but is now back in use so many thanks, and well done. Will be recommending you to others.

It is difficult to trust any other repair company other than HP, but I glad I trusted Nathan from Ipaqrepairs, he was professional, communicated all the way with the progress of the work, cost much cheaper and quicker than HP and above all the repair was top class. I will always recommend them!

Had a SIM problem with my iPhone 3gb and couldn't find any advice or help anywhere online until i found this website. I sent my phone off, they diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it for me for a very good price as well, and very professional service as well.

I thought my IPAQ 2210 was a goner when I discovered an accidental pasta sauce leakage had made its way into all possible openings of my IPAQ. (The pasta and IPAQ were in the same bag when the leakage occurred). My IPAQ was a goner! Not only did IPAQ Repair resurrect "her" back from the grave, but he also did it within record time and at a very reasonable price. I was contacted regularly via email to let me know status reports... and received my IPAQ back within a week!! Wow!! Fantastic, awesome service. Thank you. I have already recommended this website to all my IPAQ friends and will continue to do so in the future.

The service I have received from iPAQ Repair has been quite exceptional - from ordering and receiving my new iPAQ battery to them sorting out the fitting of said item once I found that the screws had been worn down and I could no longer open the back. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - couldn't be faulted and offers great value for money. iPAQ Spares and Repairs is a little gem of a website. I ordered up a stylus latch replacement kit and received it within two days.
